Absent full disclosure of the special counsel's findings we can have no confidence that some or all of the approximately 12% of the report being withheld is not in fact merely obscuring the MOST damning behaviors and ethical infractions of the President and his cohorts discovered by the Special Counsel. (And to allow a handful of Congressfolk and senators to view some of that material, in secure SCIFs, etc., is no answer when such an arrangement would prevent them from discussing legally such materials and acting on such knowledge.
