All civilized states have a very real interest in the punishment of war crimes, and that, an offense against the laws of war, as a violation of the laws of nations, is a matter of general interest and concern. It is crystal clear that this administration has not only been elected in a seriously flawed electoral process, but has violated the Constitution of the United States of America, which they are sworn by oath to defend.
