Please show me a financial distressed homeowner without any lates that these programs are designed for??? What is going on with these programs? And who are you fooling with the VA news release dated 6/12/08 titled "VA reaching out to Vets with Mortgage Problems"? Call the VA at the number on the news release and your told that you have to find a VA lender that will lend to you and the VA will guarantee the note up to 25%. Call VA lenders and they all state that you cannot have any late mortgage payments or ask you "What VA program?".
