The recently released Office of Legal Council's legal opinions that gave the president the power to to use the military in the United States suspending Posse Comitatus, the Fourth Amendment, the First Amendments rights to free speech and press should be enough to move congress to act and appoint a special prosecutor. Aside from the illegal wiretapping of US citizens and the use of torture to obtain information, the very act of promoting and initiating a war with no valid justification is a criminal act warranting a murder charge.
