In a heavy-handed attempt to browbeat Pennsylvania into adopting electronic voting machines with no reliable paper trail, the Department of Justice is threatening to sue, that's right, they're threatening prosecution of any county that does not accept the unacceptable. They are desperate to install machines that can be transparently defrauded in time to turn Pennsylvania into another Ohio or Florida for the next election. They are demanding that all counties roll over and sign a consent decree of surrender.
